We only stayed one night for a concert in Piekary Slaskie. The room was small but clean, and the hotel was fine for a short stay. There's free parking out front. The free Wi-Fi let us log in, but the signal was too weak to work at all.

Yarek, the manager, shows no empathy or understanding. The management is horrible and he only cares about money. He also refuses to speak on the phone. What kind of customer service is that? A coward.

There was a very loud party at night while I was staying there. The room itself was clean and cute.

Our flight was diverted, so this stay came up unexpectedly. They were very accommodating, and the rooms were lovely, spacious and very clean. We didn't get there until almost midnight, and the other hotels we contacted weren't offering late check-in.

The bed was comfortable, though it had no headboard because of a radiator. The shower and toilet room were good. There was no information about using the internet, and no safety information in English. No kettle either. We didn't eat at the restaurant, but it looked inviting. Parking was limited, so I had to leave the car on the road or pavement at the back. I didn't notice a lift.
