Living Point Residence

The listing photos are lovely, and the host even called a few times to check everything was in order. Then I opened the apartment door and saw what it was actually like. It was dirty and neglected: sticky floor, lots of dust, cracked walls and ceilings, a broken shelf under the TV, missing bulbs, and a toilet seat that was broken. The bathroom mirror was dirty, grout was missing between the tiles, some tiles were coming loose, the door had swollen and wouldn’t shut properly, the towels were frayed, there was used toilet paper, and the bathroom smelled foul. When I reported how the listing photos differed from the apartment, with an attached picture, the host offered me 30% of my payment back. It felt like an attempt to bribe me. Be careful with this place. I wish Google let you give zero stars, because that would have fit perfectly.
