InterContinental Warsaw by IHG

The Club Lounge staff were the highlight for me. Their service was outstanding, and everyone else at the hotel was kind and professional too. If you can use the lounge, I don't see much reason to pay extra for breakfast. The view is unbeatable, and the sweets are genuinely delicious. Room service for the restaurant is available around the clock too, which was a big plus, especially after all those cheesecakes 😂 I was impressed by the gym, one of the best I've seen in a hotel. I got injured, though, so couldn't use it as much as I'd hoped. The meeting room in the lounge is nicely designed and works well for calls or focused meetings, but not so well if you need several screens. I left before my booking was up. A room with a view costs more, but waking up to that skyline made it worth it. The hotel was very clean and has a premium feel. At the rooftop pool, the water was a bit cold. I can't really complain about the crowd, but I would've put the pool closer to the windows to make more of the view. I'd like to come back.

We had a standard room, and it was surprisingly spacious, cleaned daily, and had comfortable beds and pillows. The Nespresso coffee was a nice bonus. The gym and spa were great too, and the pool view was really cool. Staff were very polite, and they gave me a lovely birthday surprise. The only letdown was the lobby in winter, it felt too cold to enjoy the bar and cocktails. It's a fantastic hotel in the center of Warsaw, and we'd definitely return.

The wellness center was perfect, though I'd watch out for the busiest times. We had a great stay: very good breakfast, excellent service, and a room with fabulous views. The location made exploring easy, with the station just a six-minute walk away and the Old Town reachable on foot. I was really happy there and would recommend it. I'd go back for sure.

I'd especially recommend the lounge team at InterContinental Warsaw Hotel, including Kasper and Yana. They were warm, attentive, and professional, always greeting me with a smile and making sure everything was in order. Their service made the stay more comfortable and enjoyable. The lounge experience was exceptional.
