The breakfast and location were the only things I liked. The room cost a lot but was in poor shape: cracked bathroom tiles, hardly anywhere to put toiletries, and only a flimsy plastic holder that couldn't serve everyone. I asked the attendant to cover the broken tiles so my kids wouldn't get hurt, but she was reluctant and even aggressive. My girl nearly had an accident on the stairs, too. During our first days there, I saw a waitress take fries from a plate, pull some out with her hands, set them on the work surface, then use what looked like dirty fingers to rearrange the rest before serving them. Disgusting. The worst part was the black-haired manager or attendant. She seemed to dislike everyone, kept up a fake smile, and was rude to my mom. The service was a zero. I had to hold back from yelling about how unprofessional she was. In five years of traveling in Poland, I've never been treated this badly. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.
