VILLA TROPICO in PROBIEROWO, POLAND has a good location, and the rooms are almost clean, but the place is very badly managed. There was no way to pay by credit card, and the internet worked less often than it didn't. The staff were extremely unfriendly. The receptionist was the most disrespectful person I've ever encountered in hotel service, repeatedly giving wrong information and even using abusive language. We ended our holiday irritated and regretting the time and money we spent.

The keys were already on the table when we arrived. There was a fishy smell the whole time.

We spent New Year's Eve there, and for the price, it was all excellent. The breakfast was really good. The hotel is in the middle of major renovations: it has fresh paint, new mattresses and armchairs in the rooms, TVs, and an air conditioner that works perfectly. The walls look a little bare without pictures, but that will surely change. The hotel is definitely heading in the right direction.

The staff were friendly, but there just weren't enough people to cover all 24 hours. The room wasn't cleaned once all week 🫣, they only picked up a broom that was lying around. Toilet paper was left on the counter where anyone could take it. And serving the exact same food at breakfast and dinner for seven days straight is ridiculous.
