It’s a good deal for the money, in a quiet neighborhood up on a hill. The host is super friendly and approachable, and the rooms are clean and have amenities. There’s no breakfast available on site, but there is a microwave in the corridor, which is a plus. Kids can use the little backyard and picnic area, and there’s an outdoor grill too.

We spent a week here with my grandchildren. The rooms were clean, with well-equipped kitchenettes, and the bathroom was spacious and attractive. The owner was warm and friendly and kept everything neat. Since the guesthouse sits off the main street, it's quiet, with a garden and forest around it. There's a shop nearby, and the spa park is an easy walk, with its pump room, bandstand, chess park, and promenade with a climbing wall. The guesthouse itself was lovely. The only thing missing for us was snow. I'd gladly stay here again if I'm back in Polanica Zdrój.
