The treatments were meant to start the following day, but we weren't told where to go or how to get there. No one helped the older person find the treatment rooms, so the treatments were missed for two days. They were visiting the center for the first time, and the only check-in information we got on January 4 at 5:00 PM was the meal times, floor and room number. This large center was hard for them to navigate alone, yet the receptionists didn't offer to guide us or give clear directions. I was very disappointed with their attitude. Since the stay wasn't covered by the National Health Fund, I expected even more basic service, help and commitment from the staff.

The jacuzzi is fantastic, and the house is finished to a very high standard. It's a big, new place, even larger in person than it looks in the photos, and well equipped. The fireplace is especially nice on cold winter days. Service was friendly and easygoing. After heavy winter snow, I'd bring tire chains because the driveway is on a slope. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

At Spa Zdrojowe Zacisze, the quiet setting, soothing music, pleasant scents and elegant interiors make it easy to relax away from city bustle. The wellness packages may combine treatments with use of the relaxation area, sauna or jacuzzi, and there's a wide range of options, from aromatherapy and facials to therapeutic massage and other body care. The therapists plan sessions carefully and can adapt them to each guest's needs and expectations. The qualified staff know their work and create a friendly atmosphere where people feel comfortable and looked after. It's a place to recharge and care for your health, whether you're after a weekend break, a romantic getaway or simply some time for yourself.

We went to Spa Zdrojowe Zacisze at the end of January and start of February, and it's not our first time. We always leave very happy. The women who do the treatments are the real highlight, wonderfully professional but also warm and lovely. We felt truly pampered. There's a great atmosphere, good food, friendly service and nice, clean rooms. The English and French parks are beautiful, and the town itself has a lovely feel. We'll be back soon.
