The beds were so uncomfortable, and there was nowhere to hold the shower head, which made showering awkward. Check-out was at 10 a.m., but the owner made a lot of noise from 7 to 9 to get people out early, apparently stressed about the next guests arriving. She shouted at us for no reason and treated us very badly. She was the rudest person I've ever met. This was the worst place I've ever stayed. If zero were an option, I'd give it zero.

There wasn't enough room to move around or put our luggage, and the room itself was much too small. The showers were cramped, the toilets leaked when flushed, and the heating came on late. We also didn't get enough hot water. It wasn't comfortable, and I wouldn't recommend this accommodation.

The hosts were friendly, kind, and always happy to offer advice. We spent a week here and were very pleased with the place. It was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with cozy, well-equipped rooms. The peaceful setting has beautiful views and is still close to Zakopane and nearby attractions. A perfect mountain break for us, and we'd love to return!

The bed and walls were cold because the heating wasn't turned on until late. That should be improved, especially when the whole house is rented. Otherwise, it's a nice place.

For the price, it was very good. The room was clean and comfortable, and the balcony had a beautiful mountain view. There was a fridge and microwave in the shared area. My one complaint is that the windows had no curtains. I highly recommend it.
