The peaceful surroundings were lovely, and even in winter the yard was cleared and easy to use for parking. Our room was clean and cozy, with a really long bed that I think would suit taller people well. The hosts were very nice, and breakfast was generous and delicious.

The owners were especially lovely, and the rooms were spotless. Breakfast was generous, and the rates were very appealing even for just one night. I’d happily recommend it and plan to return.

Those beds were so comfortable, and the view from the window was beautiful. We also enjoyed the delicious home-cooked meals, which made us want to come back. U Hazy has clean, cozy rooms with everything we needed, and you can tell the owners care about the details. The hosts were warm and helpful, always smiling. We felt welcome, almost like we were visiting friends. It’s a quiet spot close to many attractions, so it was easy to unwind after a busy day. We’ll definitely visit again. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a calm stay with a family feel.

The hosts are what make this place. Stasia and Andrzej have been friendly and hardworking every time we’ve visited over the past 20 years. They do their best to make guests feel at home, and serve delicious food. You can relax in the quieter area, enjoy the views, walk through a meadow, hear the rooster in the morning, or spend time with traditional people. The rooms are lovely and clean. A hairdryer, iron, cutlery, coffee, and tea are available whenever you need them, and you can ask for whatever else you need. There’s also the "Giewont" hut built by the host, plus billiards. The location makes it easy to get around. Nearby are what we think is the best inn in all of Zakopane, a shop, and a bus stop. You can leave the car and take the bus into the center, including Krupówki, without worrying about parking. Harenda is also a short distance away, with a chairlift that takes you to Gubałówka after a short walk, and without the tourist crowds. There aren’t many places like this in Zakopane/Poronin. Only with Stasia and Andrzej Haza! You won’t find a better place.
