Exclusive Nautica Apartments

The Google rate is low compared with the one on Booking. There seem to be problems with card payments, and they don’t seem to care about fixing them or working with clients. Very suspicious.

Szczecin is a great location.

She canceled our reservation on the day we were due to arrive, saying she’d already rented the apartment to Germans. We were told we couldn’t withdraw money from our card, then pressed to bring cash to the apartment. We were scammed, just like other reviewers.

Traveling with two small children takes planning, and I got no calls, questions, or attempt to work something out from the property. I’d booked one night for two adults and two children through Booking.com about five days ahead, but the reservation was canceled the day before. I’m a Genius member and have several payment methods. I called around five times and left a voicemail. With today’s advanced networks, 30 seconds would have been enough to reach an agreement. I booked somewhere else in two minutes. I rarely leave reviews, and when I do, they’re usually positive recommendations. This is my first negative one. I don’t recommend this place. Look elsewhere, trust is at a minimum here. Best regards.
