The way they treat customers is disrespectful. We booked months ahead, got confirmation, and guaranteed the reservation with a credit card. Then, two days before arrival, we found out by chance there was no room for us. The system had canceled it without any notice. They claimed they sent an email a month earlier, but when I asked for a screenshot, there was nothing, and then silence. If you’re taking a casual trip, you can risk it. For business, like a trade show, choose another apartment if you don’t want to gamble. I was left with my hand in the potty two days before the event.

Like the previous reviewer, I booked well in advance and now they suddenly can’t honor it, despite confirming it. The service is HORRIBLE, pathetic, and incompetent. When they asked for my contact information, they replied with a text message containing only ":)". They said they didn’t have time to call. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The room was tiny and looked much bigger in the photos. The building is very high, with the room on the 4th floor, and the stay felt a bit like a hostel, with a common area and rooms that have kitchenettes and bathrooms. Noise from neighbors in other rooms came through easily because the soundproofing was poor.

Scammers! I booked a room through Booking, then they canceled the reservation. Why? They wanted to triple the price after canceling it. Theft!
