The heating was great, even at minus 5 outside, and the huge balcony was a nice bonus. Check-in is automatic, the kitchen's well equipped, and the main square is about a five-minute walk away. It's a really central spot. A couple of things could be better: the shower is tiny, and its head is set halfway down the wall. The second room had three beds packed together with no space between them. I'd still stay again, since those issues were minor.

The room itself was new and fine, but getting there took 1.5 hours because the entry instructions were poor and nobody answered the phone. Communication with the renter was really bad. For the remaining two months, I'll definitely stay somewhere else.

It was only a short stay, but it met everything I expected. I'll be back soon!

The breakfast was the one letdown, so I took off a star. It arrived at the door, something we hadn't been told when booking, and was scrambled eggs with sausage, tomato salad, and bread. The children had nothing they could eat, which made this kind of service unacceptable for them. The apartment itself is spacious and well equipped, just a few minutes from the Old Town, with a large balcony and seating. Parking is available for an extra fee.

I can't comment on the apartment itself because I never made it there. I booked a weekend through Booking.com a few days ahead, then on arrival day, before leaving home, I tried to reserve parking. They told me a technical problem at the property meant my reservation wasn't available, and offered either one night or a free cancellation. I cancelled and gave up the trip to Poznań. With the long weekend so close, last-minute accommodation was ridiculously expensive. I lost the weekend and was left feeling bitter.
