Staff were really pleasant and professional, and the location is great with pubs, museums, and restaurants all around. The place was clean, nice, and quiet, though nothing fancy or luxurious. There's no elevator or wheelchair access. A solid option.

The location's the only real plus, and I guess the price is decent for it. Don't expect good service, though. The staff don't seem trained in hospitality. They wouldn't let us use the restroom after checkout, and our room wasn't cleaned during the stay. This doesn't feel like a three-star hotel.

Very close to everything, with a clean room, a comfortable bed, and temperature control. Great place, recommended!

The room and bathroom were roomy and comfortable, and the location is right in the historic city centre. We had an excellent Georgian restaurant next door. A few minor hassles: there was only one key card for the room, the water went off a few times, and Saturday night was pretty noisy outside.

Really good value for this location. The room was nice, very clean, and the service was pleasant. The location is super.
