We could walk to the centre in about 10 minutes, and there are small grocery stores nearby. The larger shops take a bit longer to reach. We stayed two nights, and check-in and check-out were easy. The owner was reachable, though it would’ve helped to get all the instructions at once, well before arrival. The apartment is nicely furnished and has what you need, including a washing machine in the bathroom. Wi-Fi worked throughout. There were a few small bits of damage from previous guests and regular wear. I also found the bed too low to the ground to be very comfortable. Parking is free and secure, but the garage is tight, so larger or longer cars may have trouble getting in and out.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and carefully set up, with a TV and Wi-Fi in every room. It had a dishwasher, washer-dryer, cleaning supplies, coffee, tea, and pretty much everything else we needed. The owner was really helpful and friendly, showed us how the appliances worked, and kept in touch throughout. It’s a great base for seeing Poznań. The Old Market Square and nearby pubs are a 10-15-minute walk away, while Malta and the local Thermal Baths are about 25 minutes on foot. There are also shops, pubs, parks, playgrounds, and the Warta River boulevards nearby. The underground parking was useful, although getting to the space and driving in and out is tricky. We managed without damaging our larger car. I’d definitely recommend staying here in Poznań.

We had a wonderful family stay. The apartment is very well equipped, and the owner is incredibly kind and friendly. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the Old Market Square, which leaves you far enough from the crowds of tourists and sightseers. There’s gated underground parking here, a real plus when central parking costs money. In summer the car doesn’t need warming up, and in winter there’s no shoveling snow off or scraping it free. Highly recommend!

The bedroom is away from the street, so it was quiet at night. There’s parking in the building, though the entrance is narrow, and communication with the property manager was good. The kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped, and the location near the market square is very good.
