Brovaria

The restaurant reviews here can give a misleading impression of the hotel. It’s a gem right in the middle of Poznan, and I’d say stay here if you’re unsure. Friendly staff, a great location, very clean rooms, and amenities that looked like they’d been bought or built yesterday. Flawless for this cost range, and the best hotel I’ve visited in it.

We spent almost a week at Brovaria in October 2025 and would happily stay again next time we’re in Poznan. The hotel’s décor is superb after its renovation, and our room was large, comfortable, and had pretty well everything we needed. There’s no lift in this older style of building, but staff carried our luggage upstairs, so it wasn’t an issue for us. There are several rooms for dining or drinks, and we had little trouble finding suitable meal times. I’d especially recommend the front bar, the cellar bar/restaurant, and the breakfast/lunch dining area. For dinner, the room to aim for is the beer hall, where the brewery is situated. From arrival, the management, Reception, and restaurant/bar team were pleasant, proactive, and informative. No request was too much trouble, and they kept a ‘Can do’ attitude throughout. As a restaurant with formal or casual dining, a hotel, or a bar, Brovaria is worth recommending. Service was excellent throughout. Thanks to the whole team.

The beer was really excellent, and so were the pork knuckle and ribs we had one evening. Add a super comfy bed and a perfect location, and this is a great hotel. Highly recommended.

We visited in October and were glad to find Pumpkin beer on tap. It was delicious, and we liked the Honey beer too. The food was delicious as well, and our server was great, really friendly. The place is very nice inside, with a large upstairs dining room and a smaller seating area on the ground level. This review is for the restaurant.
