We had great service from the lovely woman who helped us on the phone when we called twice. The apartment’s in a great spot and feels modern, with a comfortable bed. The sofa bed was a little broken, but we made it work. A few small things, like dishwasher tablets, were missing; I’m sure we could have asked for them, but didn’t. The dishwasher door and bathroom handle were also a bit tricky to use. I’d recommend staying here and will come back.

Staying in the Old Market area means beautiful architecture all around. The apartment itself is cozy and spacious, with a kitchen that has everything needed and a large bathroom with a washing machine.

Smoke comes through the ventilation grilles from some apartments where smoking is allowed, even though smoking is banned during the rental period. I wouldn’t recommend this place to couples with small children or anyone allergic to tobacco.

It’s easy to communicate with the staff, and they’re excellent. The apartment has the essentials and fast internet. Shops, bars and restaurants are all nearby, with the Market Square just a short walk away. Parking can be difficult, though that’s understandable in the city center.

The apartment was nicely furnished and everything else was great. There’s a shopping center nearby, though at night the neighborhood and people gave me more of a Warsaw's Praga North feel.
