We gave up after two days of our eight-day trip to Poznan and booked another hotel just three minutes away. It was much cheaper, and we’re really glad we moved. The garden work here started before 8am, and the tiny room felt claustrophobic. The location was great, but that was about it. The place was below average: not very clean, barely equipped, noisy, and the bed was hard as a rock. It was the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in. Customer service was poor too. They took 24 hours to reply and hadn’t properly read my message. Avoid these “apartments,” which are just rooms without a host in a big building.

The service felt personal, and the quality for the price was very good. The location couldn’t be better. Everything was thoughtfully done, with tasteful modern decor that respected the building’s very old origins. One of the best boutique hotels I’ve stayed in, if not the best. I loved it!

The owners and staff put so much care into the place, and it shows in how they look after guests. They were welcoming and accommodating throughout. Schoeps Residence is in a perfect spot, close to points of interest, restaurants, clubs, spas, and shopping, all within walking distance. The beautiful historic building has chic rooms and comfortable beds, plus a private patio where you can relax. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of fresh options, and you have to try the jams. We had a wonderful stay, and we’ll be back and tell our friends about Schoeps Residence! ❤️😊

I slept amazingly well, and the breakfast set me up for a great day. The service staff were so nice and friendly. The hotel is settled very close to the Old Market. For sure I’ll come back. Many thanks to Iwona & team Schoeps residence 😘😘😘

We stayed for 3 nights, and the city-centre location was great, with everything within walking distance. The prices are a little high, so I think the facilities should match. The kitchen setup was awkward: the utensils were too big for the small stove, so we could only use one cooktop at a time. They should leave extra dustbin bags and dishwasher soap. The TV almost fell on my husband, so they need to be more careful with things like that.
