Elite Apartments Maraton Gardens

The winter heating situation was unacceptable. Only the bedroom radiator worked, leaving the rest of the apartment cold. After we reported it, they offered an electric heater because “the boss was away” instead of fixing it. The windows also leaked, the sofa bed was falling apart, and the bedding was dirty and torn. We were hugely disappointed. The first thing we noticed on entering was a strong musty smell. A dirty mop had apparently been left in the closet by the cleaner. Then there was a powerful urine smell coming from the shower. We bought cleaning products ourselves, but it still reminded us of a public restroom. We often rent apartments with our families and have never run into anything like this. What you're offering is outrageous. Online photos may look beautiful, but the place we found was completely different. We won't rent from these owners again and strongly advise others not to.
