The room itself was spacious and the bathroom looked nice, and it had A/C and a mini bar. But the bathroom wallpaper was peeling, the shower head was dirty, and the shower door didn't seem to close properly. The room handle also looked damaged, and some of the TV remote buttons were worn out. The Smart TV wouldn't work unless you entered the Wi-Fi after the TV password, and none of the staff knew how to do that. The night receptionist was new and couldn't answer many of my questions or operate the TV. I paid 231zl for a single room, after asking a few questions. As a solo backpacker I usually stay in hostels, and thought I'd treat myself before a flight. For 231zl, I expected more. Maybe it was worth 100zl. I should've picked my usual hostel.

After staying at a proper four-star hotel in Krakow, one of the best places I've stayed, this hotel really didn't measure up. My room wasn't cleaned properly, there were hardly any toiletries, and the bedding was mediocre. I didn't even want to touch the remote because of how dirty the room seemed. There must be much better options in Poznan. Don't trust Google or whatever calling this a four-star hotel.

I've stayed here a few times, and the friendly staff and amazing breakfast keep me coming back. The room decor is lovely and I liked having a sauna. It was clean, but the sink or bathroom had a bad smell. I just wish parking were free.

The sauna setup in the basement was a real highlight. There's both a dry sauna and a steam sauna, with a relaxing area, and they turned it on when I asked after arriving. My room was tidy and came with a mini bar, a Nespresso machine, and complimentary mineral water. The bed was good too. The restaurant food was excellent, and the waitress was friendly with professional service. All the staff made us feel welcome. For a four-star hotel, I'd give it five stars. I thoroughly enjoyed the stay and will come back next time. Thank you.

The room was fine, with a modern, compact bathroom, and the staff were helpful with everything. I enjoyed the lamb cutlets in the restaurant, and the dining facilities are beautiful. Everything else was satisfactory. The one thing that didn't suit me was the dark decor in my room. I prefer brighter rooms.
