There was no receptionist, and I waited half an hour to get inside. Nobody answered the phone either. The way the booking was handled was unprofessional, to say the least.

My experience here was very negative. The owner took advantage of the situation and raised the accommodation price to as much as twice the amount shown on the website. When we discussed it, the owner didn't seem interested in hearing the customer out or explaining what was going on. He also refused bank transfer and insisted on cash left in the room for the receptionist to collect. That payment arrangement raised serious concerns. After we raised our concerns, the owner said we didn't want to pay and told us to leave the room within 1-2 hours. He threatened to remove our belongings himself if we didn't go. We were staying for business, and the cost was supposed to be settled with a VAT invoice. I found both the treatment of customers and the handling of payment very negative. I don't recommend this property.

It's a peaceful neighborhood, a nice place to relax, and the hostel is very clean and tidy. You can tell they look after it. Getting around Poznań is easy thanks to the good connections, and a shop and pharmacy are close by. Great place.
