Cleanliness was very good, the bedding was clean, and the kitchen was okay. There was some street noise around 7 a.m., though it was fine after 9. Parking at the building was no problem. There was no attendant at the hotel. I was annoyed with the room: I'd received a confirmation and code, then used the code to open the key box before going into the apartment. Each room has its own key, and there is a shared kitchen and two bathrooms. One bathroom's condition seemed questionable, which is why I took off a star. The hotel is located in one of the apartments in the building.

The automated reception gives you plenty of options, so there's no need to worry about collection times or whether the person handing over the key is available. The key setup is clever, especially when lots of people are staying in the rooms. The place is clean and affordable, and the owner is very nice and understanding. I recommend it.

Shops, restaurants, and public transport are right nearby. The hostel is clean, pleasant, and well cared for, with standards I'd put above many four-star hotels. The owners are friendly and work hard to keep everything up to a high standard. I recommend it.

There's some character to this place, and the rooms are spacious. It's clean, with two bathrooms serving several rooms, and the owner is kind. The location is excellent, close to both the city center and the trade fair grounds. I recommend it.
