After the first night, I wasn’t happy. The hotel is outside the main city, so you’ll need a tram or scooter, and my lake view also included the rubbish bins. The bed was badly made, with the sheet barely tucked in. The high pressure shower felt like a hose and made it easy to flood the bathroom. I thought there was no bin in the room, though there was one in the bathroom, which I generally avoid because I see those as for sanitary waste. On the plus side, I could usually find a scooter even late at night, and all the receptionists were nice enough. The stay turned out satisfactory, but the shower is still what bothers me most. I never thought I’d say a shower was uncomfortably high pressure.

When I visit Poznan, this is everything I need. It’s in a great spot on Lake Malta, with clean rooms, a nice breakfast, and very friendly staff.

The fresh food was delicious and made a great impression, and both the service and restaurant were brilliant. The room service team and receptionists deserve 10 stars if I could give them. I’ll definitely return next time ❤️

A nice choice for business travel. I enjoyed both the breakfast and dinner.

The location was great, but I left quite disappointed. The carpet was dirty, the room smelled of smoke, and there was no gym. The bathroom was cramped and the fan noisy. They charge for everything too: when I forgot toothpaste, they wanted to charge me for one of those cheap hotel toothbrushes that you usually get free. I won’t stay here again.
