We had a wonderful stay, with great food, lovely staff, and an amazing location. We'd definitely come back soon.

The water was slimy, smelled awful, and came out at pressure like an elderly person's weak stream. I left deeply disappointed with the stay. On the second day, there was nobody available to talk to. We called and got no answer, even though we wanted to ask about other services, visit the spa, or book a massage. We were met with silence and indifference. At checkout the next day, we still couldn't find anyone. Eventually my partner spotted someone behind the reception door, and we managed to check out. We were also disappointed by how we were greeted. We had to ring to get inside, which wasn't a big deal, but the lady who let us in sighed heavily and seemed more like a massage therapist than a receptionist. At reception she hardly spoke, handed us a form to sign, and gave us the keys without explaining where the room was, how to use Wi-Fi, or anything else. When we asked about breakfast and wellness options, one of our main reasons for choosing the hotel, she brushed us off without saying much. The room was acceptable apart from a few dirty marks beside the bed. It wasn't too cold or too warm, but there was a steady humming sound, like someone vacuuming, and noise from neighboring rooms that was hard to ignore. Nearly all the information around the hotel was in Polish. We could work around that nowadays, but in a tourist spa town I had hoped for more. I work in hospitality myself, and I've never experienced such poor service.

This was my fourth visit, and every time we come, it feels like home. I've never seen a property where all the staff are so full of smiles, happiness, and great service. The indoor and outdoor spa are fantastic. Best hospitality and service.

The apartment itself had a few minor issues, like some dirt in the room and noise from a water heater in the next room. My partner and I have both worked in hospitality for years, so we can overlook that kind of thing. The staff's complete lack of hospitality and attention, though, was beyond unacceptable. I've never felt so unwelcome anywhere. We didn't see any staff on Saturday. We tried calling and texting to book massages, but nobody replied, and we still haven't heard back. There was no offer of breakfast or any mention of wellness services, either. Check-in on Friday was shocking. There wasn't even a welcome or a hello. Instead, we got a loud, rude sigh, then “Write your registration plate and sign.” The staff member mumbled “by card” and pointed toward the door, as if to end the conversation. On the last day, my partner and I even bet on whether we'd find someone to hand the keys back to. The first time we took our luggage toward the car, nobody was there. When we tried again, there was a woman at the front desk. I greeted her in English and she answered in Polish. I told her we were checking out and returning the keys, but she stayed completely silent. After many experiences with Google Reviews, this is unfortunately my second negative review.
