The landlord was very easy to get in touch with. I rented an upstairs apartment, and while the rooms were generally fine, the shower leaked and kept the bathroom floor wet. The apartment itself was fine, and I think its quality is quite adequate for the price. The location is a huge plus.

The apartment's location, close to everything, was its only good point. The rooms were dirty, with grimy walls and cobwebs. There was no bathroom ventilation, and the covered mattress was terribly dirty. I definitely don't recommend it.

I can't recommend this place. There was hair on the blankets, and springs poking out of the mattress. The walls were dirty, with damp or mold patches and a smell to go with them. The bathroom had no ventilation.

The owner was super nice, helpful, and communicative. The apartment worked perfectly for our family of five across three generations, and it had everything we needed. It's in the city center but still quiet and peaceful. The building could use a little more greenery, and a balcony would have been nice. Thank you very much. ☀️😄

We were four families, and each had a kitchen of its own. The rooms were spotless, the owner was super nice, and it was peaceful and quiet. I recommend the apartment.
