The book wall really impressed me. My room was warm, quiet, and very clean, and the breakfast was awesome. Great people and a fantastic room too. I’ll definitely come back!

The hotel sits right in the old City, with the main square, restaurants, and nightlife all within walking distance. Even with the lively city center around it, the place is quiet. The renovation of this genuine heritage building is impressive, with innovative design and excellent finishes and materials. Staff were great, breakfast delicious, and the accommodation just right. Nothing to complain about. It’s the kind of hotel I’d happily return to.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a mini fridge and safe, and the bathroom was a good size. The shower head didn’t stay attached very well, but the water pressure was great. The lobby was nice, and the hotel was happy to store my luggage. The location is hard to beat, just a 30 second walk to the square. I’d recommend it for a comfortable stay in Poznan.

We stayed in a Deluxe Room, or Twins Room, and it was disappointing. It didn’t work for three people as expected, and the cleanliness wasn’t up to an acceptable standard. There was no air conditioning, the room smelled unpleasantly of sewage, the sink was clogged, and the shower didn’t drain properly. When we reported these problems, management didn’t seem serious about finding a reasonable solution. I can’t recommend staying here under these conditions.

The room was clean and spacious, and breakfast was awesome. We could communicate easily in English, and everything we needed as guests was nearby. Excellent location.
