What bothered me most was how little effort anyone made to resolve the situation. I asked to speak with the manager and did receive a refund, but no one came over to apologize or calm things down. My partner speaks Polish fluently, yet the receptionist still made no real attempt to communicate or say sorry. Their English was also very limited, which made sorting things out difficult. During our pool and sauna visit yesterday, sometime between 16:00 and 17:00, a young child with their parents screamed continuously for around half an hour. We politely told the mother it was disturbing us, but she ignored us. When I raised it with reception, the receptionist acted as if nothing was happening and did nothing about the noise. I've been a regular for over three years, usually visiting about every three weeks, so this was especially disappointing. I expected basic respect and for my concern to be taken seriously. The experience made me reconsider coming back. I hope the team gets training in customer service and handling conflicts.

The spa facilities were a letdown: the pool is tiny and seems meant for children learning to swim, there's just one jacuzzi spot beside it, and the sauna is very small with nobody available to advise you. The room only had one all-in-one soap and no other toiletries. At the restaurant, a very arrogant waiter got our orders wrong and couldn't even apologize. Nothing special, and not worth the price.

Bartosz was friendly and really helpful, and both the rooms and the food were lovely. The spa was clean too. I'd happily stay again, especially for the restaurant, and would recommend the hotel.

Regatta is the kind of hotel where you don't feel like leaving. The peaceful setting is practically in a small forest, and the staff are lovely. Breakfast had everything you could want, while the spa includes a jacuzzi, steam and dry saunas, a cold bucket, and a kids' pool. The hotel gets everything right, from the comfortable rooms to the facilities. I'd book without hesitation.

After arriving in Poznan, I stayed here for a night. The staff were very friendly and service-minded. Thanks especially to Bartosz, who looked after us attentively at dinner.
