The rooms are clean and well equipped, the owner is very nice, and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend it.

I strongly don’t recommend this guesthouse. It’s filthy throughout. The refrigerator was already unfit for storing anything when it was first put into service, and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a year. The showers were just as bad. The power sockets were broken, which is dangerous, especially for small children. I think the Sanitary Inspectorate will investigate soon, and this place should be closed immediately. The owner didn’t seem to recognize the problem and claimed the guesthouse was clean. When I said we weren’t satisfied because it was simply dirty, she told us nobody was forcing us to stay and we could rent a hotel somewhere else. That’s quite a customer-friendly approach. I don’t recommend it to anyone.

The staff were very friendly and the surrounding area was beautiful, but that wasn’t enough to make up for the room. The floor had sticky, dirty stains, there was lots of dust behind the beds, and noise came from other rooms. Worst of all was the cigarette stench. Smoking is apparently prohibited in the rooms, but both the room and bathroom smelled terrible.

The room was comfortable, with a good bed and useful little touches like a kettle, glasses, blinds, and mosquito nets. It was quiet, and parking was free. The prices were very low, breakfast was great, and there’s a sports field and outdoor gym nearby. The lady was really nice too. I’d happily recommend it.
