The pool was small, but clean and well maintained. The men’s and women’s saunas are separate, though they’re also tiny and can feel limited. Our room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough, and the location near the train station made getting around easy. This was our second stay at the Sheraton Poznań, this time for two nights, and we had another very pleasant visit. The staff were friendly and professional, and check-in and check-out were completely straightforward. A solid hotel, and we’d definitely consider returning.

The breakfast was great, and the staff there were very helpful. There were even some sweets for Helloween, a nice touch. The room had a bit of dust, and one of the saunas wasn’t working. The pool is very little, and the reception didn’t answer the phone for quite a while. A nice drink after the trip would have been very welcome, but though it was there, nobody offered it. All in all, quite okay.

The beds are very comfortable, the food at both restaurants is quite good, and the young staff are friendly and helpful. Still, a few details made the stay frustrating. The room layout feels outdated, with too few convenient power points and old USB-A sockets that aren’t great for modern devices. The light switches are bafflingly hard to find. The lifts were malfunctioning yesterday and caused delays. The key cards are extremely sensitive to magnetism, and I had to go back to reception to get mine fixed. That’s a hassle you don’t need.

Service is spectacular, and the concierge lounge is very nice if you’re Platinum status or higher. The hotel puts you right in the thick of Poznan, close to most everything you’d want to see.

The front desk team are a real credit to the hotel, and all the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We got a lovely surprise when our status earned us an upgrade to a lounge room. Just back from a truly wonderful stay, and we’ll stay here again on our next visit to Poznan!
