I booked a non-refundable stay, and the booking allowed me to select any check-in time and pay. But afterwards, the host said check-in was only allowed until 20:00, so I had no way to get into the apartment, even though I booked at 19:08 and couldn’t arrive before 20:00. I put 22:00 as my arrival time, but the host never confirmed it. I called several times and got no answer. I also asked to change the dates so I wouldn’t lose the reservation, but that request was ignored. In the end, they kept the full payment and said I hadn’t shown up, without providing the service. This is unacceptable and feels like a scam.

Right in the centre, and both safe and very clean. The apartment was spacious, with excellent, fully equipped rooms. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend it. Thank you.
