Breakfast was delicious, with a huge selection of food and drinks, and everything I tried was fresh. It was worth every zlote. The room was cosy, very clean, and had everything I needed. The hotel is about a 15 min walk from the central railway station.

There’s parking available, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and have the things you need. Having a tea pot in the room is handy. It’s quite a nice hotel, though some distance from the Old City, so the name may be a little misleading.

The surroundings are ugly and there isn’t much nearby, even though the hotel is close to both the main station and the centre. It’s also hard to spot because there’s no hotel sign. During our three day stay, the room was never serviced despite us putting up the please clean sign, and the towels weren’t changed either. Poor sound insulation was the main problem. Noise from other rooms or the corridor woke me every single day.

The place was really clean, and the beds were so comfortable. It’s a lovely hotel in a spot that makes it easy to fit in lots of city activities, and it worked well for a couple of nights away. With no air conditioning, though, we had to leave the windows open, and the traffic noise came through.
