Rabczański Zdrój

I stayed here in December 2025 with my husband, who needed extra care and assistance, and the whole staff helped us. The physiotherapists were very supportive during his treatments. The doctor was also willing to help when I asked. The food was delicious, and the women serving it were always smiling. Thank you for everything.

From the doctor and reception team to the cafeteria staff, nurses, and the people running exercises and treatments, everyone was incredibly kind. Mr. Łukasz and Mrs. Ewa deserve special thanks. They're wonderful people. One of the loveliest places I've ever visited.

The dining hall was the worst part of my stay. It was packed, serving hot meals while it was scorching outside, and there was NO air conditioning. I was seated in the "glass" section and felt like I was in a sauna. It also works as a cafeteria, but when I tried to use it the waitresses were in the kitchen and couldn't serve me. They apologized, but it reminded me of communist Poland, where one employee is expected to do everything. It's a shame there isn't a recreation room. The location is excellent, close to a lovely park and shops. The treatments were okay, and the medical staff were so-so. The cleaning ladies and waitresses were very nice and seemed to be doing their best despite what looked like a staff shortage. I got back from my stay a while ago and wasn't sure whether to review it, but perhaps this will help others know what to expect.

My stay at "Rabczański Zdrój" was a success for me. The food was delicious, and the rooms and treatments were okay. Most of the staff were very pleasant, but one young waitress with tattoos was rude and arrogant when answering questions, and seemed overly self-assured. At times there was a smell on her skin that made me wonder if she'd been drinking. One patient raised the issue with the facility manager, but nothing changed. Maybe the manager was being ignored too. It's a shame, since the other women's hard work and effort are being let down.
