The staff did try to help, but the real problem is that maintenance and management seem absent. The shower setup causes water to flood the floor, and the toilets and showers we saw were dirty or broken. The first room had a broken flush button, the second a broken toilet seat, and the third was dirty. I also saw two more rooms offered as replacements, but neither met the basic standard I’d booked. Avoid this place. The rooms all have the same shower design, so you’ll end up walking through water.

The coffee was disgusting, which is the one thing I’d change. Everything else was great: comfortable, roomy rooms, a fantastic breakfast with a choice of egg dishes, pancakes, and scrambled eggs. It’s a great hotel right in central Radom, and I can recommend it.

The hotel itself gets covered in the other reviews, and they’re spot on, but the restaurant and bar service deserves a mention too. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and professional. Jarek, our barman, made the whole week wonderful. On our last day, Ranata cooked some of the best food we had all day. If you want lovely service, this is the place.

The room you get depends on whether you’re in the restored part of the building. It might have a king-size bed, or a small one. For a short visit of 1-5 nights, it’s acceptable. Breakfast is good, with more choice than at other hotels in the area.
