2/10
The location is okay, but the service was horrendous. The owner was unpleasant and dull, giving us dirty looks. Later, while we were sitting outside enjoying ourselves, he stood there staring us down, spat at us, and told us to go. We were also given only one pillow. The pool table had no balls or cues, and it looked like the whole thing had been abandoned. Some plugs didn’t work, and there were cut wires inside cupboards for a fridge that wasn’t there. We even found bugs in the bed with all the doors and windows shut. The hotel looks run down. The only good thing was the picture of Ronaldo with the owner.

The receptionist was aggressive, and the customer service was bad and unpleasant. I also found a dead mouse in the toilet, with bugs crawling all around.

There are plenty of parking spaces, and the rooms are clean, but they smell of cigarettes. I’ll look for somewhere else next time.

It’s fair enough for a three-star hotel, though the cleaning needs improvement.

The rooms are clean, and the restaurant is good with a nice atmosphere.
