The staff were really kind and helpful, and the price gets you a lot: hot water, a warm bed, shower gel and shampoo, a desk, a TV, plus free parking. The big downside is the noise carries through the rooms. You can hear someone fart in the corridor.

The room was clean and the water was hot, but the bed was the main problem for us. After more than five hours on several flights, I really needed somewhere comfortable to rest. Instead, it was one of the hardest surfaces I’ve slept on, and felt like a sofa rather than a bed. Breakfast wasn’t great either, though at 30 PLN I suppose it was fine. We won’t be coming back to Hotel Korona.

I managed to fall asleep here, so the mission was accomplished. I’d hoped to kick off the evening with a complimentary Corona, though, and that dream never came true. Still, I’d call it a success.

Good value, with convenient access to flights and nearby offices. This is where I stay when I’m in the area for work.

There’s a small supermarket nearby, and the place is close to the highway with a large parking lot. The beds are very hard, there’s no kettle in the room, and bringing a dog costs 11 €.
