DB Hotel Wrocław

I've stayed here more than once, and each visit has left me very satisfied. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and spacious. Staff are helpful, friendly, and professional, and the breakfast has both a lovely range and good quality.

I've been coming back for about six years, and for a business trip I can't think of a better hotel. It's my favorite in the world, even though there's no pool, the internet can be unreliable in places, and the room design could use more flair. The service makes the difference: it's the same people each time, with no staff rotation, and they're always friendly and willing to go the extra mile. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and I've never had trouble with the A/C or anything else. The breakfasts are the best I've had anywhere. Ingredients seem carefully chosen, everything is fresh and delicious, and there's a huge selection. I end up eating things I wouldn't usually touch elsewhere, like jellied chicken or herring, and always stuff myself. The DB burger at the hotel's restaurant is the best in town, too. They grind the beef fillet themselves. There are fancier places around, but this one feels honest and unpretentious. Keep up the good work, folks!

I really enjoyed staying here. The place was spacious, and the staff were friendly. My room was kept tidy, the towels were folded nicely, and the bed was made. The food was fresh and delicious. The gym is small but neat, with the basic equipment you need. Highly recommend.

The new, clean property is in a quiet area with a few shops and restaurants, and it's well connected to both the city center and airport. Breakfast had a good, generous buffet, and the free parking garage connects directly to reception. My stay was positive overall. One thing caught me out: room cleaning isn't included as standard. That was only written on the paper key holder, which people might not read, and nobody mentioned it at check-in. Staff said they'd forgotten to explain it. It would be clearer to tell guests at check-in and put the information somewhere easy to see, like the notice about towel changes in the toilet. When I reported the missing cleaning, they promptly brought fresh towels.
