The internet was practically unusable, and the apartment itself felt cramped. After the redesign, the bathroom light switch ended up in an awkward spot that was really hard to reach. When I arrived, I found damaged furniture, a broken window handle, and a dirty kitchen. One pot was so badly burnt that I spent the next couple of days trying to clean it. I still can't see what's “royal” about this place. Maybe the price, though the quality doesn't match it.

The concierges are on duty around the clock and are very courteous, though English is a challenge for them. “Marie” especially got along really well with my two-year-old.

I arrived to find out the apartment I had booked was no longer available. It was extremely disappointing. Be careful choosing Royal Apartments, it could ruin your visit to Wroclaw.
