We haven't even gone on our vacation yet, and there's already an issue. Three months before our stay, which starts February 2, 2025 and lasts 9 days, they decided to charge the full amount and hold it on my credit card for three months. The odd part is that our Booking.com booking has Free Cancellation until January 28, 2025, so they're supposed to refund it, just in case. They point to this term: "At any time, you will be charged a prepayment of the full price of the reservation..." Has anyone else run into this? We've booked sometimes even a year ahead and never had this happen. We've seen advance payments, but the whole amount? It feels like a Credit for a Future Stay...(?!) :/
