If you're looking for somewhere to stay around Ropczyce in the Podkarpacie region, I recommend "Rajski Ogród" (Eden Garden) in Skrzyszów. It's peaceful and away from the city noise, with good food and welcoming service. A nice place to properly unwind. You can also visit the 16th-century fortified castle and the charming "Secret Garden." We'll be back for sure.
