We were visiting family in Poland and stayed for 10 days. The room went several days without cleaning, and we weren’t given fresh cups or water. On top of that, staff didn’t stick to what had been agreed beforehand and later asked us to pay extra. The way hotel guests were treated showed a complete lack of integrity and professionalism.

Hotel Falko hosted our birthday party on November 1st, with food and a DJ at the hotel. Everyone was very pleased, and the service was great. We’ll definitely be back for another party soon!

The beds were pretty comfortable, and the receptionists were very kind. There was dust in our room, though, which I didn’t like since we have dust allergies :(

Free parking and Wi-Fi, daily room cleaning, and a good spa made for a great stay. There’s also a billiards pool and the bar serves excellent cocktails. The service was good, and the breakfasts were great. It’s a chic hotel with high quality for a small price. It could even be four stars. I’d recommend it to everyone, just great.
