The lake and surrounding scenery made the stay feel special, and we were well looked after throughout. Staff were friendly, attentive, and professional. We also ate very well, with lots of options at both breakfast and dinner. We stayed in the castle’s original section, which gave the visit a lovely historical feel. The tour was fascinating and offered a good look at the region’s past. We were there for Biesiada Rycerska, too, with costumes, traditional food, dancing, and an exciting knightly battle show. It really did feel like stepping into another time. We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Zamek Ryn and would recommend it for a memorable getaway.

The reception staff were so kind, and the palace had a lovely atmosphere that made us feel like royalty. We enjoyed the spa and pools too. We’ll be back.

The pool and spa were very good, and the breakfast was too. The fire show was impressive, and the castle itself is wonderful to wander around. The lakeside setting is lovely, though I hadn’t realised when booking that getting to and from the castle for breakfast and other facilities meant walking up a steep slope. We also had a problem with the air conditioning. The staff worked with us to find a solution we could agree on.

The breakfast is genuinely good, with plenty to pick from, and the bowling and two SPA areas were nice too. The hotel is quite large, and aside from the room, we had a nice time. Our room really needed work. There was bird droppings on the curtain, the wallpaper was coming off the walls, and without AC it was very hard to stay in there. I’d choose one of the best rooms if staying, because some of them have needed renovation for a while.

The staff were pleasant and helpful, and we had a very enjoyable stay. We liked the cozy historic setting, the comfortable room, and the delicious breakfast. A relaxing swim in the two pools and time in the sauna area rounded it out. We definitely recommend a visit.
