Easy Apartamenty

A horrible place, dirty and moldy, with squeaky floors, thin walls, and really uncomfortable beds. Nothing in this condition should be offered for rent.

We arrived at 9 pm, saw the state of the room, and had to cancel and leave with our three small children. We spent the night in the car. When the Booking manager asked the owner to come urgently and sort things out, the owner refused. We rented this place for the night of June 17 to 18, 2022, and it was absolutely not worth the listed price. The room was large and the location good, but it was filthy and full of insects. Ants were crawling around, there were bugs in the shower, dead flies on the windowsills, and other dead insects under the table. There was dust and cobwebs on the walls, and it looked as though nobody had been there for at least six months. There were unexplained wet marks on the walls, too. The extractor hood and electric kettle didn't work. The shower was in awful shape, disgusting to step into, let alone use. The dishes and gas stove were so greasy and dirty we had to wash everything ourselves before cooking. It doesn't deserve even one star for cleanliness. The owner needs to make serious repairs and get the place clean and orderly. I strongly recommend against renting it. The photos on Booking don't match reality. The owner is very friendly, and the apartment is well equipped. It’s in a cozy, quiet neighborhood, about a five-minute drive from the city center. I highly recommend it.

A decent apartment, with reasonable prices and all the necessary appliances present and working. Nothing especially noteworthy, though. The renovation is due for an update, including the sofa in the hall.
