I liked the comfortable, well-equipped rooms, and the location is great, with food and shopping nearby. Parking for hotel guests was easy. Breakfast was good, including an omelet station, and the staff were very friendly. The housekeeping crew were especially lovely and always amazing. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is the gym water dispenser. It often runs empty, and the front office can’t refill it in the evening or early morning, which is frustrating when the fitness center is open 24/7. If you go to the gym at odd hours like I do, bring your own water.

Even with just one night at Hilton Garden Inn Rzeszów, I was thoroughly impressed. The room was clean and comfortable, just what you’d expect from the Hilton Garden Inn brand, and the staff were attentive and professional. They made me feel welcome as soon as I arrived. Breakfast was a highlight, delicious and well stocked with a great range of fresh options. I’d highly recommend this hotel for business or leisure, and I’d certainly stay here again.

Vira made my stay more memorable. She was working breakfast service, and when I needed to find catering options at the last minute, she got me boxes and helped put together breakfast boxes. She was so friendly and accommodating, and staff like her make the hotel feel more approachable. Thank you, Vira. I won’t forget your help! I was staying here as crew. The receptionist said catering wasn’t possible without 12 hours notice and didn’t help, but Vira did.

The rooms are small, but clean, with a bath in the bathroom and nice cosmetics. The towels and bed sheets were clean too. The restaurant on a 1 floor is good. It’s a nice hotel near shopping mall, and you can also get to the shopping mall from the parking.

The restaurant staff made a real impression on me. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, and the team served everything with care, working efficiently while still being warm. I also liked seeing the hotel’s owner regularly dining there with friends and family. It gave the place a community feel, and staff and guests seemed to get the same respect and courtesy. Housekeeping was excellent. The cleaning ladies kept my room spotless every day, were friendly and discreet, and even in quick hallway encounters they’d offer a smile and kind word. Reception were just as welcoming and helpful from the start. Check-in was smooth, and they went out of their way to help with local tips and hotel amenities. Their kindness felt genuine, not scripted. I’ve stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Rzeszów many times, and it’s been one of my most enjoyable hotel experiences in Poland and the US. The hotel gets a great balance between professionalism and a personal touch. I’ll absolutely return and recommend it to anyone visiting, for work or leisure.
