The pool facilities were good, but this became one of the worst family stays we’ve had. We’d stayed here the previous year too and even brought friends this time, but we won’t return. The hotel held a large corporate event on the ground floor that went on until 2:00 a.m. Our room was on the third floor, and the noise still made it feel like we were in a nightclub. We told reception, but nothing effective was done. We’d specifically requested a quiet room when booking because we’re light sleepers, and that request was ignored. A hotel advertised as family-friendly shouldn’t allow events that are so loud so late at night. Service at the bar for regular guests during the event was just as frustrating. The staff were unprofessional and incredibly slow. We waited about thirty minutes just for someone to take our order, then longer for it to arrive. The waitresses seemed indifferent and treated guests like an inconvenience instead of a priority. If management rents the hotel for corporate parties, it shouldn’t come at the expense of other guests’ comfort.

#PlatynowePowroty. We stayed for 2 nights and came away relaxed, with good food from the buffet restaurant and lobby bar. Our room was different from the pictures and a bit disappointing, since it wasn’t as good as advertised, but it didn’t spoil the stay. The location is great, and the saunas and relaxation area are fantastic. We had a really good time and will definitely return.

For a five star resort, the service and some of the facilities were a real letdown. Staff were rude to us and other guests more than once. Breakfast and dinner were mostly cheap, premade dishes. The wellness center smelled like a broken toilet, and it seemed designed by someone who’d never been to a sauna. The wellness area and mini club are underground, with no daylight or fresh air. Some places, like the pilates room, looked as if they hadn’t been cleaned in days. Nowhere near five star.

The hotel was full, but the main restaurant was closed, so everyone had to queue for the much too small substitute restaurant. It was overcrowded, with tables pushed so close together that there was no room to move. They told guests about the planned closure at the last minute, when reservations could no longer be changed. That was rude and unprofessional. Whoever made that call clearly can’t do basic math!

The massage was one of the best I’ve ever had, so I’d definitely recommend booking one. We stayed for two nights at the end of the year, and everything was amazing. Breakfast was especially tasty, with a huge choice. The hotel has lots to offer and is great for kids too. Our one year old loved the stay, and the warm water in the children’s pool was a real plus.
