We’ve been back to Hotel Zimowit in Rzeszów twice, and both stays were wonderful. The staff were warm and friendly, even when we turned up late at night with our child and little dog. Breakfast had plenty of delicious choices. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, especially the beds. It works really well for family trips as well as business. We’d happily recommend it and plan to return! 💛

The garden was pretty and relaxing, and the rooms looked lovely. The food was delicious too. Everyone working there was so polite and gentle. Definitely recommend.

I've stayed here three times and would recommend it. The location is good, and it was clean. The staff were good, too. Breakfast and the other food were both good, and they welcome dogs. Thanks 🌹

It could be a nice place for a short visit, but I needed to stay longer and was disappointed there was no mini fridge in the room. There's even a cabinet for one, though the company clearly doesn't consider supplying it important. The radiator in the restroom also didn't work during the two nights I was there, and no one gave a good reason why.

The reception and waiting staff were excellent, polite, and helpful, and breakfast had a great spread, even if it was down in the dungeon. But this didn't meet my expectations for a 3* hotel. The Wi-Fi in the bedroom was patchy, the room safe didn't work, and the aircon made a really loud, disturbing boom. The only way to turn it off was to flip a switch in the room's fuse box. The industrial sales units on the hotel's south side also played loud music early and late. I'd rate the place 2*.
