The first breakfast was a tasty buffet, but the next morning there was no warning that it would be replaced with prepared plates. We had no choice in what to eat, and I'm vegetarian. To their credit, they gladly made scrambled eggs when we asked. The bigger problem was the noise from the banquet hall directly beneath our room. On Thursday, we heard music briefly as we were getting ready for bed. The manager was testing the sound system and told me there'd be no more music that night. But on Friday there was a large reception, with loud music from 21:00 until after midnight, and it came straight up into our room. The next day we went to complain, only to learn the manager had already left to play another gig at a party. He hadn't told us about the reception or the noise it would bring, and didn't apologize. I found that deceitful and unprofessional.

We had a wedding dinner here in September, and I was very happy with how it went. The presentation was excellent, the food was very good, and the staff were attentive and put in a lot of effort. My family had come over from Ireland for the event and really enjoyed it. I'd like to return for an ordinary meal and a drink next time I'm back in Sanok.

Friendly, smiling staff, good food and decor, and the coffee was great. We had Caesar salads that tasted delicious, though they had too much dressing, the wrong lettuce and no bacon. The restaurant was quite cold inside, and the two Earl Grey teas I ordered seemed to be white tea first, then English breakfast, so they could learn more about tea. Still, it's the best place to eat in Sanok, with good prices.

A beautiful hotel and restaurant with a luxurious feel. Big, clean and quiet, and breakfast is included.

The bed and service were poor, and it was expensive. Apart from that, it's a lovely family place.
