There’s plenty of parking, and the owners are easy to reach, quick to help, and happy to chat. They can also suggest places to eat and things to see. The beach is about a three-minute walk away, with bars, restaurants, and cafes close by. The guesthouse is a safe 😂 distance from the center, which makes the area quieter.

It’s a peaceful, quiet spot close to the sea, with friendly service. The rooms are clean and have balconies. Guests can use the kitchen to make their own meals, and there’s a screen in every room. Deckchairs are available to rent.

The owner is helpful and reachable by phone whenever you have a question. There’s no usual front desk; she has her own room downstairs. The place is tidy and in very good shape, with Wi-Fi throughout and a large paved parking area. The grounds are well cared for, with a small playground, swings, a trampoline, and a barbecue. The sea is around 200 meters away, while the center of Sarbinowo is about a kilometer off. In the room there’s a fridge, TV, bedside table, large wardrobe, and electric kettle, and the bathroom has a shower with hot water available around the clock. The shared kitchen is in its own room and well equipped for all guests. Upstairs there’s table football, a mini billiards table, a sofa, and comfortable armchairs. The hallway by the entrance has storage for screens, deckchairs, vacuums, and an ironing board. Garbage bags and toilet paper are provided too.

The room was spotless and had a kettle, TV, fridge, and bedside lamp. The rate seemed reasonable, and the staff were helpful and easy to deal with. It’s a good location near the sea, with a shared kitchen and recreation room. Outside there’s a garden, kids’ playground, barbecue, and parking. The owner was happy to lend us screens, deckchairs, and bikes. I’ll come back, hopefully this year.
