Oxygen P&O Apartments

The apartments are quite nice, but the poor customer service made the stay miserable. My access card failed several times, sending me back to reception again and again. Staff said the problem was fixed, but that wasn’t true, and it kept happening. Since reception is only open limited hours, I never knew whether I’d be able to get back into the apartment when I left. Avoid if you can.

This was my third stay here, and I come back whenever I’m on holiday in Warsaw. I always spend a week here. The location is a big part of why I love it, with Old Town, restaurants, and shopping nearby. The receptionists are always pleasant and kind. If you haven’t stayed here before, I’d definitely recommend it for a Warsaw trip.

We spent four nights here. The room was clean and really nice, with a full kitchen, dishwasher, and washing machine, and the location was good. But there was no room service, so the bin filled up and we ran out of toilet paper. I had to ask at reception for more, which was embarrassing. The receptionist, an Asian woman, spoke little English and wasn’t very service-minded. Three stars feels fair.

The area is nice, though a long way from the main tourist sights. These are great apartments for a weekend away, and security is very good. Reception could be more familiar with the local area. All the staff speak English.
