Hotel Narvil Conference & Spa

The place itself is beautiful, pets are welcome, and the spa is nice. We also want to thank Agnieszka from room service for being kind and helpful. But the room service manager was unprofessional. He didn’t even know which wines were available, wouldn’t have a proper conversation, and we had to go looking for him ourselves. We were also surprised that the staff didn't speak English. There was very little food to choose from, and getting a proper lunch was almost impossible.

My sister’s wedding here was a spectacular time for us. The wedding food was delicious, even for over 100 people, and everything we ate at the restaurant was great too. The staff were lovely, kind, and accommodating. The entertainment area, pool, spa, and saunas were all great, and the place was very clean and tidy. An amazing experience!!

The beach was a letdown. It’s small and uncomfortable, with no proper equipment unless you buy something from the beach bar, where prices were higher than in central Warsaw. In the room, the wall-mounted 3-in-1 shampoo and soap dispenser felt like something from a budget motel. At this price, I expected basic extras such as body lotion and hair conditioner. The hotel presents itself as a high-class spa resort, but the experience didn’t match that. Reception staff didn’t speak foreign languages and often had an attitude when we tried to communicate, especially in English. They lacked basic hospitality skills. We paid a premium for stars that seem to exist on paper rather than being earned in reality. The stay left a bitter aftertaste, felt like a waste of money, and isn’t something I’d recommend.

We had an amazing time there in summer. The location is beautiful, surrounded by nature, and the rooms are bright and clean. The staff were friendly, and the food was delicious. We’re extremely satisfied!
