Hotel Piast came through for us when an emergency on holiday meant we needed a room at very short notice. The receptionist was kind, friendly, and sympathetic, and quickly found us just the right room. The whole hotel was very clean, and everyone we met in reception, the restaurant, and room service was helpful and welcoming. It feels family-run, with people going out of their way to make guests feel included. There are historical photos of Słupsk, formerly Stolp, on the walls, which give the place character and a connection to the town’s past. We were also pleasantly surprised by the restaurant Franciszkańska. It was quiet, but the food was excellent, and we ate there several times. A real hidden spot for classic Polish cooking. The location is perfect, and breakfast was excellent too. I’d highly recommend Hotel Piast if you’re after a warm, friendly family hotel with good Polish food.

Right in the centre of Slupsk, Hotel Piast is a very good place to stay. The staff are friendly, and the service is all there. Breakfast was well served, and there’s a restaurant for lunch and dinner too. 👍👍👍🙂🙂🙂

This was the worst hotel experience I’ve had. I stayed for a week, and the electricity was awful. On the day before my last, the lights went out repeatedly and both of my chargers burned out at once. The following day, my room lost power. They didn’t reimburse me for the chargers. My colleague in the next room also had a charger burn out, and the lights flickered in another room. The rooms weren’t very clean either. When I tried to raise this with the manager, he told me he “didn’t have time for me.” The staff and manager were the worst, and so was the hotel. I don’t recommend it.

I recommend Hotel Piast for its charm. It has an old-world feel in both the atmosphere and the rooms, and the staff are really kind, curious, and helpful. There’s a park walkway nearby, plus plenty of restaurants and shops within easy reach. The restaurant serves good food with good service.
