The location is good and the room rates are fairly low, but the room itself is rough. The door is old and sticks, and getting into the hallway takes real effort because the key is hard to turn. The shared bathroom, used by three rooms, was the worst part: hair and muddy stains everywhere, a shower that filled to ankle depth within a minute, and a sink that drained even worse. The water also stopped being warm after five minutes. At least they keep the toilet paper stocked.

Dirty, worn out, broken, and noisy. You have to share a bathroom with two other rooms, which wasn’t made clear when booking. The location is the one good thing, but finding parking is a daily struggle. We won’t book here again.

We were left without electricity for 12 hours, from around midnight until after noon. Our phones and other devices couldn’t charge, and when we finally reached someone at 10 a.m. after trying since 7, the woman blamed us for not calling as soon as the power went out. No one had been reachable. The manager then sent a retired neighbor to fix it, without any repair certificate. As I suspected, that didn’t work, and the fault was only fixed after 12 p.m. The offered compensation was sparkling wine worth about 14 PLN. I found the response disrespectful and the standards far too low. I can’t recommend renting here. Getting into the property was a struggle too. The front door looked decades old, and I had to work the worn lock by pushing and easing the key in and out. Inside, the old building smelled and looked antiquated, and I worried the stairs might give way by the time I reached the first floor. The furniture in the main hall was wrapped in plastic, which I found ugly rather than decorative. Our apartment door took even longer to open, and inside we found a bathroom and kitchen shared between three rooms occupied by different families. The renovations were poor, and the floor sloped by at least 5 degrees. There was no mention of a hairdryer or iron. The woman on the phone also gave strange explanations, and her conduct left me feeling the owners were dishonest and money-hungry.

The apartment listing says it sleeps three adults, but one person is supposed to use a sofa bed that wouldn’t even fit a 1.5-year-old. It was dirty and the Wi-Fi didn’t work. The location is the only thing going for it, and it’s not worth the price. I’d expect at least a partial refund for that bed, instead of odd explanations from the staff. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
